Ekynavy is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We collect GPS data (position, speed, heading), your account information (email, name), and technical data about your device.

Your GPS data is used to record your maritime routes. Your account information is used for authentication and profile management.

Your navigation data (GPS, routes, logbook) is never shared with third parties. See the section "Audience analytics and advertising" below for the analytics tools that may receive anonymized technical identifiers.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete your data, as well as the right to portability and to object to processing.

We use cookies necessary for authentication, as well as third-party analytics cookies via Google Tag Manager (see dedicated section). No targeted advertising cookies are set without your prior interaction with our application.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-ND2CHEWCBV) and Google Tag Manager (GTM-59V5TNCL) to measure engagement and improve the product. To attribute conversions to our Reddit advertising campaigns, we also use the Reddit Pixel (ID a2_itxaajlls2qr) together with its server-side API. Email and phone identifiers may be hashed (SHA-256) server-side before being sent to ad networks for audience matching purposes — no raw personally identifiable data leaves our servers in cleartext, and none is sold to third parties. You can opt out via your browser settings (Do Not Track, ad blocker, private mode) or by disabling third-party cookies.
