Ekynavy is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We collect GPS data (position, speed, heading), your account information (email, name), and technical data about your device.

Your GPS data is used to record your maritime routes. Your account information is used for authentication and profile management.

Your navigation data (GPS, routes, logbook) is never shared with third parties. See the section "Audience analytics and advertising" below for the analytics tools that may receive anonymized technical identifiers.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete your data, as well as the right to portability and to object to processing.

We use cookies necessary for authentication, as well as third-party analytics cookies via Google Tag Manager (see dedicated section). These third-party cookies are only set after your explicit consent via the banner, which you can change at any time.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-ND2CHEWCBV) and Google Tag Manager (GTM-59V5TNCL) to measure engagement and improve the product. To attribute conversions to our Reddit advertising campaigns, we also use the Reddit Pixel (ID a2_itxaajlls2qr). These tools are only activated after your explicit consent via the banner shown on your first visit: nothing is loaded or transmitted before you make your choice. You can change this choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page or in Settings. The iOS and Android mobile apps do not include any audience measurement tool; this processing applies only to the ekynavy.com website. No personal data is sold to third parties.

Audience measurement: this website uses AlpiStats, a Swiss cookie-free visitor statistics service. Visit data is collected, stored and backed up in Switzerland; it does not identify you. No measurement takes place without your consent, requested through a banner.
